This Apple Lightning to USB-C Cable 1 Meter supports fast charging. That way, your iPhone or iPad with Lightning port has a full battery fast. You can also charge your iPod or accessories with this cable, but not extra fast. In addition, you can also use this cable to transfer data from your MacBook via the USB-C port. The cable is 1m long, so it gives you more freedom of movement than the standard cable you get with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
Note: for fast charging you need an 18 watts USB-C power adapter. This is included by default on the iPhone 11 Pro (Max). You need to purchase it separately for all other iPhone models.
