Shipping and delivery policy

The customer does not have the right to cancel or return the order after 48 hours from the time the order was executed

If the order is modified for any reason, a new time for the order is calculated and it is not deducted from the time of the previous order

  • Delivery time

An email and SMS message will be sent from Select to confirm the order within less than 12 hours

After confirming the order, an email and text message will be sent from Select with the order information and tracking link

The products will be delivered as soon as possible by the shipping company Aramex, within 5-20 working days

Our delivery partner is Aramex Egypt International for Air and Domestic Services, a company incorporated under Egyptian laws and headquartered at 31 Mossadak Street, Dokki, Giza - Egypt ("Aramex"). Aramex will provide a delivery service to fulfill the contract obligations, as it has the capabilities to ship to the physical address within Egypt.

  • Delivery Options

Delivery will take place during working days (from Sunday to Thursday). Typically, the product(s) will be packed and prepared for shipment within two (2) business days depending on payment confirmation, specific delivery address, and availability of items in stock.

  • Shipping Fee:

- Standard shipping is free for orders over 350 EGP (VAT included).

- For orders of 350 EGP (incl. VAT), the shipping cost is 21 EGP (inclusive of VAT).

- You will also know the applicable delivery costs when checking the order in the order confirmation email when purchasing online.

- If you do not receive the product(s) within the estimated delivery time specified in the dispatch confirmation message, you should contact us via our website, e-mail, or telephone the customer service center

- Orders can only be delivered in Egypt. Please note that we are currently delivering orders within Cairo and Alexandria. You can contact us to check if a delivery partner can reach your area.

- No orders will be delivered on public holidays and during weekends

  • Email notifications

- We will send you updates via email, so you stay up to date with delivery.

- When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you an email. This message contains the order number and a link to tracking information.

  • Change order

- When your order is being prepared for dispatch or when it is being dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. If the order is with the delivery company, you can contact them directly to amend the delivery address if possible.

- If you do not receive a notification of transmission via e-mail, please contact us


  • Order tracking

- For deliveries via the courier company, you can track the status of the order at any time through the online order status.

- On the account page, you can view the current status of the order, view ordered items, see estimated dispatch and delivery times, and track delivery.

  • Delivery Information

The products will be delivered to the delivery address you specified in the order. Please make sure to write the delivery address and contact details correctly, as incorrect shipping instructions lead to a delay in the delivery of the shipment and we may have to charge you for a second delivery attempt or it may even lead to a non-delivery of the shipment.

- If the delivery address is not available on the delivery company's network, the delivery company will contact you to obtain the most appropriate address to deliver the products to.

- If the order is delivered to a corporate address, please note that the courier company will deliver the order to a mail room or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor, and the courier company does not require a signature specifically for order details.

- If you provide a home address that includes a reception or guard service, the delivery company will deliver the request to the guard. And the guard can sign the delivery as long as he has a fixed location in the reception section or inside the building

  1. Inquiries regarding undelivered or damaged orders
  • Non-delivery

- If there is no one at the address at the time of delivery, leave a note to notify you if your order has been left in a safe place, such as neighbors, or if you should contact the delivery company to arrange a new delivery date.

- If the estimated delivery date mentioned in the e-mail dispatch notice is exceeded and you have not received the package, please contact us and we will discuss the matter with the delivery company and try to deliver your order as soon as possible.

  • Damaged orders:

If the item is damaged when you receive it, you can refuse to receive it. And if you do not discover the damage until after receipt, please contact customer service, and if the order is delivered damaged, we will contact the delivery service directly to solve the problem as soon as possible and with less trouble on your part. We will make every effort to keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and to provide you with an alternative.

At Select, we promise to provide you with the best online shopping experience ever as we take all necessary precautions to deliver the order by the shipping representative on time. All you have to do is complete the order and we will deliver it to you.


Please note that it is not allowed to open and return products sealed by the manufacturer at the same time. If there is any problem, please follow the return and exchange policy and we will provide you with the required support.
